FPGA Applications
We develop custom FPGA-based systems tailored for high-speed signal processing, compression, and control logic in ELINT and GNSS-interference payloads. These are integral to both ARAMIS and GINKO, enabling real-time data acquisition and efficient onboard pre-processing.
High Power Microwave (HPM)
Our expertise in managing and shielding high-power RF signals supports secure, resilient payloads in CubeSat platforms. This is especially relevant for military payloads operating across 1–40 GHz, as developed within the ARAMIS project.






RF Design
We specialize in the design of robust RF front-ends, combining analog and digital processing for interference detection and electronic surveillance. RF engineering underpins our ELINT systems, enabling signal characterization in both military and civilian bands.
Antenna Design
We have experience in developing small-form-factor antennas for satellite applications, particularly for signal reception and GNSS synchronization. Design and initial validation activities are carried out in-house using basic measurement tools and facilities.
Space Technologies
We support the development of small satellite platforms and related subsystems, with experience in mission planning, payload integration, and system validation. Our in-house tools and lab setups enable functional testing and early-stage prototyping for low Earth orbit applications




Consultancy & Tender Proposals
We assist clients in preparing successful proposals for ESA NAVISP, Horizon Europe, EDF, and ASI calls, leveraging experience in dual-use technologies and CubeSat missions. We also contribute directly to defence projects, including Italian MoD-funded initiatives.
System Engineering & Payload Architecture
Our work spans the definition, simulation, and integration of modular payloads for CubeSats. We manage hardware/software interfaces, timing systems, and subsystem coordination to meet dual-use mission requirements.
Ground Segment Setup & Operations
We support the deployment of ground segment components for telemetry, tracking, and command (TT&C), as well as signal analysis infrastructure. This includes receiver setup, server configuration, and operational procedures.






Prototyping & In-House Testing
Italspazio operates a dedicated lab space for hardware prototyping and signal validation, including spectrum analysis, antenna testing, and 3D printing. These facilities accelerate the development cycle from concept to payload integration.
Clean Room
Our company utilizes a state-of-the-art clean room to ensure the highest standards of precision and quality in our operations. This controlled environment is essential for sensitive tasks, allowing us to maintain the integrity and performance of our advanced radiofrequency technology and other critical processes.




Specialized RF Equipment
Our company is equipped with essential radiofrequency technology, including a Network and Spectrum Analyzer and a Signal Generator. These tools support a wide range of testing and development needs, with capabilities extending up to 50 GHz.
